There are many things that will work but most make a mess too. PMA lube is the best I've tried. Just a few drops is all it takes to keep everything lubed and cool.

Really good lube
I have no idea who's lube this is but it looks similar to some high pressure cutting lube I use in my shop. This is a good clingy lube which does not break down, good stuff.

Neck turning oil
I just did 200 Lapua 20 VT cases with the PMA neck turning oil. Makes for more effortless and accurate cutting. I wish I had this lube before I did the previous 700!

Good Lube
This is a good lube cutting brass without clogging the cutter.

nice cut
makes a nice clean finished cut with very little needed for lubricant or cooling of the cutter and stays put, like a syrup. can be a bit of a pain to clean off.
