Shipping and Return Policy as of February 1st, 2016

 Shipping

  • PMA Tool will not ship to any OFAC nations.
  • Some items require additional shipping charges. These additional charges will show upon checkout.
  • All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, if you prefer to use another method of delivery please contact us at orders@pmatool.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Orders shipped to an Indiana address are subject to Indiana sales tax of 7%.
  • International orders are charged a tiered rate based on both the weight and the total value of the order. This tiered rate is based on USPS International Priority Flat Rate. If you prefer an alternate method of shipping, please contact us at orders@pmatool.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return and Refund Policy

Please read the following return policy. For clarification, we have included explanations with parenthesis following some of the statements. If you have any questions concerning our return policy please Email us at support@pmatool.com.

  • Refunds will either be in the form of a credit applied to the credit card used to make the purchase -or- store credit applied to your account. Please allow up to two weeks for processing and delivery of your refund.
  • A PMA Tool representative may contact you to discuss the reason(s) for your return.
  • Returns may be subject to either a 3% chargeback fee or a 15% restocking fee.

Instructions for Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item please follow the instructions below.

  • Contact us at support@pmatool.com or click here.
  • Once your return has been approved you will be notified by Email. Items returned without prior approval for return may be refused.
  • Package the item in its original packaging and place it into an outer shipping container with appropriate protection.
  • Ship the package to the following address. It is suggested that you use a carrier that offers tracking capabilities.

  • Once your return has been received and inspected you will be issued the appropriate refund in accordance with the policies stated in our Return Policy above.
