Description

We've had so many requests for this tool, we finally had to do something about it.

Modeled after existing Remington bolt disassembly tools, this PMA Bolt Disengagement Tool will work for Remington, Kelbly, Borden and probably several others that we haven't tested (will not work on any BAT actions).

What sets our Remington Bolt Disassembly Tool apart is the 3D printed construction that allows us to use two different materials in the tool body. The outer shell is hard and tough, while the center of the tool is soft to protect the bolt shroud from scratches. We've also changed the angle on the lever, so, while a little larger than similar tools, it "stores smaller" where it normally resides, in a toolbox.

Product is well made and now gives me two disengagement tools (PMA and Kleinendorst) going forward. Thanks for a great product.

    Works great!

This tool works great! I have a Kleinendorst bolt disassembly tool which works fine on my Remington 40X, but it does not work on my Kelbly Panda. This bolt disengagement tool from PMA Tool works great on both rifles.

    Bolt Disengagement Tool

Posted by Kyle Schultz on 14th May 2025

Ordered this tool to replace the Kleinendorst tool I thought I had lost. The PMA version its a little bulkier but its huge advantage in my mind is the Delrin versus metal insert. Much less of chance marring the bolt shroud; especially one that is polished aluminum. Both tools are in my loading box but from now on I'll always grab the PMA tool first. A+ effort from the guys. Thanks.
